The Manila City government has extended the deadline for the renewal of business permits until Feb. 3, 2023.
Mayor Maria Sheilah Honrado “Honey” Lacuna-Pangan said the city council signed a resolution extending the period of payment of commercial fees and charges without penalties.
“I am begging our countrymen not to wait for the deadline so that you will not suffer,” Lacuna said during the flag ceremony on Monday.
She also thanked taxpayers and expressed hope that the city will continue to have high tax collection this year.
